# Terms of Service

**Operator:** Tokenmaxxing is operated by CardSearch AI LLC ("Operator").

**Entity note:** Never claim a separate Tokenmaxxing LLC / EIN / registered agent until entity_spin (Legal SoT).

## 1. Service

Control-plane SaaS that helps run missions on AI plans you already pay for. We do not sell Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor tokens. You remain bound by third-party terms (Anysphere, Anthropic, OpenAI, and similar). Nominative trademark use only; no affiliation or endorsement.

## 2. Accounts and age

Accounts: age **13+**. Accurate registration. One human per account (v1). Accept Terms + IP attest before mission ON. Operator may suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, or ToS breach.

## 3. Hand Off vs Auto-Stringer

**Hand Off** = intentional stop + Usage receipt seal.  
**Auto-Stringer** = automated save on limit signals - not a Hand Off; never seals a receipt.  
Lease stale / AWAITING_TARGET = pause or continuity - never Hand Off.  
User cancel / Hand Off wins within one iteration.

## 4. Bind Admin

Disclosed assistive agent; draft-only; never merges; user owns repos/merges; Agent Action Ledger records assistive acts. Operator is not responsible for user merge decisions.

## 5. Connectors and credentials

You authorize storage of OAuth/API credential references per Connect flow. Revoke anytime in Settings. Class B vault decrypt runs only on dedicated workers - never on the Desk/MCP edge plane.

## 6. Billing

Free forever core + Pro $12/mo or $96/yr via Stripe when configured. No refunds of third-party AI charges. Pro SaaS refunds per Refund policy. Utilization and "half your plan" language are qualitative marketing, not measured SLAs.

## 7. Acceptable use

No abuse of MCP/hosts, no attempts to extract vault keys, no fake Live claims using Operator marks, no scraping that degrades service. Operator may demote connectors and kill MCP (`mcp_kill`) for safety.

## 8. Disclaimers

Service provided as-is. No guarantee of third-party balances, uptime, or utilization percentages. Operator is not liable for vendor outages (Cursor, model hosts, Stripe, etc.).
